A seafood restaurant located inside a busy shopping centre was struggling to stand out. Despite serving quality dishes and being well-positioned for foot traffic, the brand wasn’t getting noticed online. The content felt dull, disconnected, and lacked a clear identity that resulting in low engagement, poor brand recall, and minimal dine-in conversion from digital audiences.
